Office redevelopment plans inside the old church building in Leeds city center
More than £1million will be spent to transform the interior of a former Victorian Church of England building in Leeds city center to provide ‘the fanciest offices in town’.
Albion Court was bought by Glenbrook Investments in September last year and the company announced that the offices would be refurbished and modernised.
The beautiful building on the corner of Albion Place and Lands Lane houses Pizza Express, Byron Burger and Card Factory on the ground floor and they will remain as they are.

However, the office reception area, basement, all common areas and vacant offices will be completely transformed. They will be equipped with “materials and characteristic lighting worthy of a high-end boutique hotel”.
Commenting on the refurbishment, Glenbrook Investment Director Scott Griffiths said: “Our contractors started on site this week and we are delighted to see all the hard work planning and designing the interior modifications being carried out. . The ground floor commercial tenants, Pizza Express, Byron Burger and Card Factory will remain as is, however the office reception area, basement, all common areas and vacant offices are to be fully renovated and upgraded.
“We wanted to reveal the features of the building and create a boutique style that is sympathetic to the architecture and history. I’m happy to say that our talented interior designers have created something very special.”
